The company was created in 1990 by the couple Manuel Spencer Fonseca and Filomena Fonseca Santos, from an idea of creating their own business that could serve the Cape Verdean market with modern, efficient and quality solutions.
Manuel Spencer Fonseca, still the current director of the company, has a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA, which would determine the choice to start the business by supplying office equipment, namely computers and related.
Still in the 1990s, with the great boom in information technology, it was the first company to commercialize computers and accessories on a large scale, being responsible for supplying equipment for the computerization of the largest companies and institutions in the country.
Although FONSECA SANTOS - Business Solutions provides solutions for large companies and institutions, it also operates, in the same way, with medium and small companies as well as individual customers, as it has a deep-rooted commitment serving the entire national market.
Within this dynamic of better serving the country's companies, it is currently the official and exclusive representative of Konica Minolta in Cape Verde.
